Fantastic host, comfortable room, great location, helpful personnel, nice terrace, clean room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Pienza. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and I felt like I got good value for what I paid. Secondly, the location was perfect. It was close to all the regional sites and everything I wanted to see. Lastly, the staff were amazing. They were very attentive and made sure that every detail was taken care of. I particularly loved the small balcony in my room, which added a romantic ambiance. Also, the breakfast served was absolutely delicious, especially the pastries.

the breakfast each morning was delightful and the location made it so easy to explore the local area. We loved being so close to the painted walls with a framed line and to the restaurants and bars. the staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay even better with their exceptional service. We highly recommend this place for its authentic decor and beautiful views.

The air conditioning may require some attention, as we noticed some issues in a few of the rooms with dust build-up on the filters and some problems with the units themselves not working properly.

The accommodation was quite large and well-furnished, including a beautiful balcony that overlooked fantastic views. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and attentive, offering a delicious breakfast in a nearby cafe and supporting with reservations. Moreover, the historic location of the building adds to its charm and beauty.

The air conditioning was very weak and on one occasion, it did not work at all. Also, the management's response to our complaint was not satisfactory, and they were slow to address our issues. However, overall the experience was quite enjoyable, and the issues did not detract significantly from our stay.

The room had a beautiful classic Tuscan feel with the necessary amenities such as air conditioning. the location was great, with fantastic views and near to local sites. Free breakfast was offered every morning, which was amazing.

It was challenging to find parking over the weekend and the hotel only had paid parking available.
